# Peas Pulao & Egg Curry ![[PXL_20241202_234923460~3.jpg]] This is a #recipe that my mother taught me how to do earlier in 2024. It's a comforting, nutritious (balanced & protein-rich), cheap, and relatively easy-to-make dish that I grew up on. I rapidly scribbled notes on my phone while my mother cooked, and honed the recipe further after a few iterations. Despite re-writing it all down on paper, I've yet to properly "transcribe" the recipe - here's my first attempt for both the [[Peas Pulao]] and the [[Egg Curry]].
